Joseph Shipka Joins URC as Senior Operations Leader
URC is growing, and we’re glad to introduce the newest member of our leadership team: Joseph Shipka, who joins us as Senior Operations Leader.
Joseph comes to URC from One Call, where he spent the last eight years in multifamily renovation building the kind of client relationships that only come from doing the work right, and doing it again the next time. Ask anyone who’s worked with him and you’ll hear the same two things: he picks up the phone, and he finishes what he starts.
He arrives alongside several teammates he’s worked with for years, experienced field and project people who hold the same standard. For clients who know them, nothing about how they work changes. What changes is the bench behind them: 25,000+ units renovated, interiors, exteriors, and roofing through one point of contact, and interior turns running 10 to 17 days.
At URC, Joseph steps into a role built around what he already does best: running projects clients don’t have to think twice about, and being the person they call when they want a straight answer. Same person. Bigger team.
